I believe it depends. Do you have apple or Android? You can't mod on apple but I'm pretty sure you can on Android.

I don't think you have access to install MOD on iOS.
iOS is a closed system with strictly permission mechanism.
But for Android devices, you have access to find out where the game is installed then you can install a MOD you like.
Normally Android devices contain a file management APP or system. It takes some time, but finally you can figure it out.
Furthermore, there are a lot of experts here to help you in case you are in trouble.
