I love the slime hutch but the slimes don’t make much money.
I also think the fact that the slime balls are All green.
Make different colored slimes produce slime balls of the same color. The different colored ones drop different items. All have the same default drops too.
  • Blue-frozen tears and frozen geodes
  • Red-rubies and magma geodes
  • Purple-iridium ore
  • Black-shadow essence, coal and maybe rarely rare disks (the item is already very rare and this would be a profit booster for the black slimes and a little more reliable way to get them)
  • Brown-wood and hard wood
  • Gray-stone and iron
  • Gold?-gold and money
  • Prismatic-one prismatic shard
The gold slimes you randomly find already would drop gold slime eggs (they are 1% spawn rate and slime eggs are also)
Also after the prismatic slime quest prismatic slimes may spawn and can drop the egg. They would make one prismatic slime egg every week and take a week to incubate. Only one egg can be incubated.
Also a new book called “slime domestication guide”. Makes slimes in slime hutches passive unless they are attacked. Also they say hi whenever you enter. I am jealous of the Mocs when they greet the slimes.

I love this I feel like it would give more meaning to rasing slimes, I have a Slime hutch and I rarely go into it as I don't feel the need
But for each Slime to have a unique drop depending on its colour I feel I would find rasing slimes more enjoyable
