TLDR: I'm in Year 4 of Spring, have NEVER seen any catalogues in Traveling Merchant other than Joja Catalogue.
I started a new file on my Switch (latest version available on it) with a few goals in mind, one of them being to have a house decorated with lots of the new Junimo Catalogue furniture. I finished the community center Winter Year 1, and I've obtained the Joja Catalogue...but since then, I have never seen any of the other versions offered by the traveling merchant. I'm halfway through Spring Year 4, and have been checking the traveling merchant as consistently as I can (including at festivals), and to this day I have NEVER seen the Junimo or Retro catalogue. Whenever there is a catalogue, it's ALWAYS been Joja. Granted, there have been a rare few Sundays and Fridays where checking slipped my mind, but it's only been about 7 times I forgot.
Maybe it's bad luck, but I think it's odd that I'm already four years in and there still hasn't been a single sign of the other catalogues. Is there anyone else who has gone years without seeing the other catalogues? Is this potentially a bug that puts a single kind of merchant catalogue in her rotating stock and no others?

Just feels weird that four years have gone by and every single opportunity for a catalog, it's only been Joja. Oh well, thank you for your reply :')
