Issue Any help out here?

I’m not too sure what I did wrong…

I haven’t played SV in about 9 months I saw that some of my mods weren’t loaded in. Cool so I went to update SMAPI. Now the game is crashing when I try to load my save.

Any help?

It looks like you have older versions of a number of mods. It appears the issue may be caused by Dynamic Reflections, so I recommend updating that one first, but it's worth updating your other mods as well.
