For translation issues with the game's wiki, those are best reported on the wiki itself at https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Stardew_Valley_Wiki:Admin_noticeboard.
For translation issues within the game, those can be reported in the Typo & Display Text Bug Reports (Non-Modded) section. I hope this helps!
