Xbox Latest update glitch!! 😭

Playing on the Xbox version, just downloaded the latest update and it seems every time I try to consume or give jelly or even harvest jelly if freezes and crashes the game. It's killing my farming experience. Is anyone else experiencing this? I hope this gets fixed soon, after attempting all these things I've stated and it crashing my game made me rage quit.

The same thing is happening to me with my dehydrator. I downloaded the new update- roughly 200 mb- and now I can't harvest. I uninstalled and reinstalled my game, no luck whatsoever. I'm on an xbox one S. I can get coffee from my coffee machine, but I can't get anything out of my dehydrator without the game freezing and crashing. I didn't even get to my jam jars.

- Edit: I went through and tested this to see what all glitches. The glitches are involved with certain artisan good machines. It causes the game to crash upon either putting things into an empty one, or taking things out. It is currently winter year 2 in my save so I don't have access to everything

It does affect
- Fish Smoker
- Dehydrator
- Kegs
- Preserve Jars
- Bait Makers
- Beehives
- Trying to sleep
- Outdoor Chests (some players) I didn't have issues with my outdoor Big Wooden Chests but I've had 3 reports as of 4:40pm EST of players who have had issues with regular chests.

It doesn't affect
- mayo machine
- cheese maker
- geode crusher
- coffee machine
- furnace
- Seed Maker
- Charcoal Kiln
- Loom

I don't have everything, but I even tried breaking a keg and replacing the fruit inside, it still causes the game to crash. I just thought I'd come back with more info for devs. So far no solution, but the games essentially unplayable. I don't want to continue the days without being able to earn money/make artisan goods. This is the only game I can play on Xbox and I really, really like it. Unfortunately consoles typically the last to get updated. Heres to hoping it gets fixed quickly. Lord knows I don't have much else to look forward too nowadays.

Edit 2: I posted this on reddit in the stardew subreddit and will be updating both lists with other machines that are glitching. I don't have all the machines, and am in winter so they aren't all working (beehives)

same here!! i’m trying to take mushrooms out of the dehydrator but my game is crashing everytime i try to take it off.

I’m having the same problem. My husband and I play on split-screen local co-op on an Xbox Series S, and our game hard crashes whenever we try to sleep, sending us back to the Xbox home page.

I’ve had slow loading issues and every time the clock switches it stops working, I saw someone saying that concernedape posted on X saying they’re aware and working on fixing it, though. The game crashed when I attempted to harvest some stuff too, it seems you can’t do anything.

Mobile is buggy as all get out too. I’m not asking for fixes here cause I paid for as I and in 1.4 it was good. 1.5 it was full of bugs. 1.6 it’s like please just don’t touch it anymore. The more fixes the more bugs. Just please stop while we aren’t any buggier. 😬

They're obligated to fix all currently supported versions of the game (e.g. not Vita) so every platform will eventually be patched up. Some may take longer than others, so we'll all just have to be patient ^_^
