Xbox Newest update crash

I get the same crash as everyone else. I then tried to load into my old farms (pre 1.6 update and I don't believe I've played them once since the update) and that will crash while loading.

it is nice that they fixed the bug where it'll report back the correct number of items for crafting purposes at the crafting table now.

Same happens here (though not EVERY interaction, seems to only be when I hold a consumable and hold to harvest whilst walking) - Xbox (via cloud gaming so always latest update).

I go to save and it crashes, I try loading previous games just to save and still crashes 🙄 i have Tomatoes to harvest 😫

Yeah, I've been having this same issue on my Xbox one ever since the 1.6 update. Every time I try and press A to open up the store and buy something the game just crashes. I've done literally everything to try and fix it from uninstalling and reinstalling to reseting my console, and nothing has worked. I can only assume it's a bug that has to be patched by devs, and I hope it comes soon.

Was Twitch streaming then went to switch to another farm when I was forced to update 1st. Updated & relogged headed to Willy's to buy bait where I left off & as soon as I interacted with Willy..crashed & kicked. Relogged, went to bee box crashed. Relogged went to mailbox..crashed. Nice Christmas Eve update. Huge 280mb update only to crash. Idk what was in the update parcel but not cool right before Christmas. Let's see how long it takes to fix.

Ok based on what everyone said I tested the kegs, preserves jars, and the fish smoker, all out of commission unfortunately, which leads me to believe the beehouses are probably shot too, but my honey isn'tready yet. The oil makers, mill, recycling machines, crab pots and fish ponds are all fine tho, just seeing if I can find a common thread!

Honeybee boxes cause crash too as does sleeping or even gifting my spouse.

Also on Xbox Series X, also having issues. Everything was fine when I played this morning. I had just repaired the big stump in the forest, finished the day out and saved, then hopped off until this evening.

So far I've only confirmed crashes with the bee hive, talking to the raccoon, and interacting with the dehydrator in the mushroom cave. Kegs are working fine for me, but I've also only tried using coffee beans on them so far.

Same thing but it happened with a keg😞

If it makes you feel better, CA and his team don't really have much control over the testing portion, they send over the update assuming it all works to microsoft/sony who then publishes it (as far as I'm aware)
Basically it's a weird process.

For anyone who still wants to play, you can try to hoe the keg and jar, it can still gets the things done, just a bit annoying.

I'm on the Xbox series x I just downloaded the update for stardew valley. My original save file where in game time, 9 years crashes whenever I try to launch it. So I started a new file today and I found a new crash point after spending about an hour fishing I went to go talk to Willie to sell The fish and it's happened twice now where the game will just crash
