lol! That’s great news! A little QOL we have been waiting for a long time. We do get heard, just not every one all at once. May take months or years even but we are heard d and many but not all of our problems get a fix eventually. And a perfect way to lighten the mood. Job well done Maher! 🫶I really have only one thing to say. As an iOS user I can now arrange the museum collection! Huzzah!
I'm really glad you are having fun. I remember you had some problems in the beginning and it just makes me so happy to hear that it's still fun for you.i guess i haven't had problems because i am so slow at getting anywhere in the game. i am still working on ghewtting to the island. i am y2 winter so i can get iridium bars to get the boat fixed. so far all the things on console have not been a problem. i really enjoy the game.
I agree. I find your posts inspiring. When i first read here it made me overwhelmed how easy some players made the game appear. But if you play through with no cheats or help of any kind it can be very difficult for many many playthroughs. I’ve clocked near 2000 hours and I’m still learning many many things from players who’ve clocked half that or less. I’m glad I stuck with it and so glad you have to. We all have our strengths and weaknesses in this game. I focus on the the things I enjoy doing and keep with those even if they are less profitable or take longer than other ways of playing. The whole Perfection thing well people here will assure you I have choice words for that addition to the game in 1.5. But I ignore I t and have fun playing my way not their way. I’m glad you’ve found a play style that is fun for you as well. I too have difficulty with my hands so that makes it extra challenging but in a way that much more special when we reach certain achievements! Have a wonderful holiday!I'm really glad you are having fun. I remember you had some problems in the beginning and it just makes me so happy to hear that it's still fun for you.
Did you actually check? (xbox patch released today made everyone's / large amount of people's games completely unplayable)still havn't found any glitches on console
And mobile!Hopefully y'all get it on switch very soon!!
I appreciate the transparency! Personally I am looking forward to another patch for consoles, eventually. A lot of the larger issues were fixed, and that's lovely, but just as many problems remain to be addressed and some newer ones were introduced. Due to some unpleasantness from the greater Stardew community and my own personal frustrations with how ports and development outside of PC was handled for the game last year, I'm taking an extended break from all things Stardew Valley. So I can def wait, I just hope to see everything actually fixed up nice and solid before CA and friends move on to other things, like Chocolatier and such. Again, thank y'all for curating this community and sharing all the info that is made available publiclyJust a couple things
- I personally wasn't around because yes, the holidaysGlad ultimately people wrapped up as civil but I removed posts that weren't really related to the discussion at hand
- I have seen very personally how hard the team has worked and they've even, unlike me, worked through Christmas and New Years. I understand there were a lot of bugs and that was especially upsetting around Christmas but some things are out of our control no matter how easy it is to examine that some playtesting etc. could be done. Some things just mess up regardless of preparation, and it sucks
- I want to remind everyone on all sides that information is limited to the public so it's easy to make some assumptions in any direction. From what we've shown in the past, I hope you can come to the conclusion that yes, issues will be worked on even though there is no announcement about them. We are a small team but we do take in every issue that gets reported and we do what we can. I can't promise every issue will get fixed asap but a good user experience is important to us. For anyone who struggled with the game: we're truly sorry and we're doing our best to fix these issues
