Don't listen to the others. New items like the cookbook, work boots, golden coconuts, and raccoon shop expanded sale not showing up are all related to the pervasive bugs riddling the console releases currently. Allegedly they are working on fixes for the many, many problems. Hopefully we don't go too much longer without a patch to fix everything up!

Mine came from the book keeper. It is supposed to be random anyway bugs aside

I'm so confused because I have the same issue but according to desktop players it is supposed to show up always after 100 golden walnuts? Trying to get perfection and this is the only book I'm missing :(
