1.6 Update Modern Double Bed Gone... Bug or Update?

Is this happening to everyone else too as part of the 1.6 update? I just bought a Furniture Catalogue, and wanted to get the Modern Double Bed but it's not there. Wiki says it can it can be obtain in the Casino or Furniture Catalogue but...

The Furniture Catalogue wiki has an update about 1.6 removing Penny's 14 Heart Event beds and added some new decorations and furnitures but nothing about the Modern Double Bed. It also says that section is Under Construction, so maybe Wiki is not updated yet? Not sure if bed not in the catalogue is a mobile bug or an 1.6 removal update...

Yeah they are gone. 😔 The one with blue and stars was my favorite! But you can still get it if Penny happens to be manning the desert festival I believe. It was not a good decision to delete it, but it’s not my game then. I think maybe that’s why the desert festival booths exists in part to get those rare items with the calico eggs you earned.

Some changes were for the better, others for the worse imho. Like Mobile is even crazier buggy than it was before (but the new content is there to enjoy at least and am grateful for that, even if random people disappear or whatever.). They always come back tomorrow lol! But stories evolve and this was his choice to make not ours, but still I hear ya!

Yeahh, such a shame they removed Penny's 14 hearts beds, I love Pirate themed myself. Dessert Festival Penny only sells the Decors though I think, soo the good beds will be forever locked in Penny's marriage 🥲

There better changes outweighs the worse changes at least. The Iridium Scythe is easily the best part for me, I hate the slow process of harvesting on mobile lol And the Wizard's bed is a decent alternative from Penny's bed, just a bit too over-designed with crescent moon for my liking but it works. The mobile bugs are mostly visual now on my game so it doesn't bother me as much. Just sucks they made the good beds hard to get.

As Demetrius can tell you, the "sleep receptacle" should be as minimalist as possible. ("Sleep receptacle" is possibly my favourite phrase from the entire game.)

Back in 1.5 (on mobile at least, not sure on other platforms), it used to be in the catalogue, and wiki supports this. The wiki still does, so it might be a bit outdated.

The fancier the better! ... Okay not really, it's just nice to go home with a cool looking bed lol
