PlayStation Divorce glitch

Hi guys.
I'm using v 1.6.9 build 37. Ps4. Controller. Single player.
I'm on year 6 and have completed perfection (apart from the prarie king stuff).
I've been married for about 4 years now and have recently tried to divorce my spouse. Every time I put through the divorce and go to sleep at the end of the day it glitches and kicks me out, requiring me to re-do the day. I've tested it by repeating the day without requesting the divorce, going a few days and then trying to divorce again and it's only when I put through the divorce that it has this error.
The playstation error code is: ce-34878-0.
When I google this it gives tips to try fix it but my game is upto date, console is upto date, my HDD is fine etc etc.
I'm just wondering if this is a known issue? Is anyone having this problem? Am I doomed to be stuck in a loveless marriage with my child watching his parents begin to hate each other? What do I do? If you need a picture of the error screen I haven't taken one but I can get one if necessary. Thank you

I think this has been an issue for a couple/few weeks. Really keeping my fingers crossed for a fix super soon, so I'll be ready pick up my file again. My partner is trying to marry and divorce everyone, and Krobus is real ready to move in with me
