Switch Divorce Glitch

Since 1.6 came out everytime i go to bed after filing for divorce, my game crashes and goes straight to the home page of my switch. Looked it up and a ton of other people on a bunch of different platforms have also experienced this. Xbox and mobile also seem to have this issue maybe more.
Any news about the devs patching it? or even aware of it? i went to concerneds twitter and didn’t see anything, and nothing on the subreddit either.

Unsure but I’m hoping for any information regarding an update to fix this. I’m on Xbox and I can’t divorce either. Crashes as soon as the screen turns black when going to bed.
