PlayStation Deconstructor recipe not showing up

I am playing on ps5. I have completed all tasks, I just need to craft a deconstructor. But the recipe is not available to purchase from Mr Qi. Any suggestions?

Probably related to the many missing shop rewards / items issues. Golden Coconuts, raccoon family, work boots, and many other things are completely broken in the current release. We have no idea how long it will take CA and his team to get around to implementing fixes, so all we can do is sit tight and hope it doesn't take them months. We've already waited long enough...
