Solved Achievements and other bugs ☹️ [Xbox]

I've had issues with unlocking some achievements. I'm at 100% on Qi computer and been to the summit but I haven't unlocked the perfection achievement. Also the unforgettable soup achievement is not working for me either. I’m experiencing issues also with the raccoon shop, only showing 4 items and my spouse disappears almost every night
Can you pls help me fix it or what should I do to solve it?

my game version is 1.6.9.37 on Xbox, currently on year 9 and playing multiplayer with friends

I also did not have the perfection achievement unlock when going back to the summit. I previously reached the summit at some point during 1.5. I also did notice that Penny does not come home some nights, and I fear the worst. Finally, the racoon shop also only shows the first 4 items and nothing beyond that and I did get the achievement for completing the questline.

Same with the raccoon shop only selling 4 seeds and island trader not selling golden coconuts and workbench not working right doesn't show how much of items I have

The upcoming Stardew Valley 1.6.16 rewrites the achievement/trophy code to work much more reliably (especially on PS/Xbox). In particular:

• Every achievement will have a way to re-trigger it.
• Re-triggering an achievement will now re-send the trophy ID, up to once per day. That will also work for any previous achievement/trophy which failed to unlock.
• If needed, a new diagnostic command lets us check each achievement's unlock conditions and your progress towards them.

Let me know if you still have any achievement issues once you get that update.
