Pizza Festival at the Saloon

Shane mentioned that a pizza festival would be totally rad, and I can think of millions of other people who might agree. Who would turn down a festival devoted to every kind of pizza. You gave me the idea CA, it's your ultimate responsibility to bring pizza to the villager of Pelican Town, Pierre cannot wait to take credit. This would be a perfect opportunity to introduce multiple pizza types of keep them as festival items only. What would make us more angsty than pizza recipes we can't learn? Love you CA, please love pizza like I do and so many others do.

Nice idea.

I think some Festivals should be linked to conditions, e.g. the player has to provide ingredients or whole dishes for the festival to take place.
There is already an order for 30(?) eggs for Gus - something like that.
Maybe similar with ice fishing: if the fish are caught in advance, the festival takes place, otherwise not...

So some festivals would be more late game while others are always there.

I had initially hoped that Shane's 14 heart event would be Marnie and the farmer arranging a pizza party for Shane at the saloon to celebrate him going to therapy for his depression and show him that the town cares about him. Since that didn't happen, a pizza festival would be welcome. Maybe there could be a pizza making contest where the farmer, Gus, and a couple random villagers make pizza with different toppings. Maybe that weird chef from the desert festival could come, too.
