Tie dye shirt

Has anyone heard of this shirt or been able to get it? I saw it on wiki but it doesn't say how to get it. I play switch and don't want to use mods or anything like that, let alone the fact I don't know how to anyway. If you can't get it either, then why is it there?
I thought at first the prismarine shard but there's already clothing with that and they're different. Is it still being updated for that and some other clothing I saw as well that can't be made either?

I've had a look into it and someone on Reddit obtained it when cutting down trees on their farm. Since the Wiki says it's only obtainable as a random cosmetic item it sadly might just be pure luck. I got a skull shirt as a random drop yesterday when killing slimes in the mines on a lucky day - so maybe try cutting down more trees and killing monsters in the mines on a lucky day.

There is a small, fixed chance to find a random cosmetic item when the player kills a monster, breaks a crate, tills an artifact spot, or shakes or chops a tree, as well as a higher but more variable chance when panning.[1] The possible cosmetic items include most shirts, as well as some hats. Pants and Boots are not obtainable from these drops. Furniture may also be dropped.[2]

It does exist, I happened to get it either from a random drop or from Emily at the Calico Desert Festival - I'm pretty sure it was a random drop though.

I'm 90% sure the random drop items are not part of Emily's tailoring services.

All platforms (outside of the PSvita) have the same version at this point, and there are very few platform exclusives (only the panda hat afaik)
