Android Robin took my money, but didn't upgrade my house

I paid Robin to upgrade my house with a cellar. She took the 100,000g and said she would be finished in about 3 days. The next day, she was working on my cabin. But after that, she was not. There were stairs leading down from the kitchen, but no cellar. It's been 5 or 6 in-game days now, and Robin hasn't finished the upgrade. She's back in her shop, and I can see options to construct farm buildings and add other rooms to my house, but there is no option for house upgrades.

This is single player. I'm updated to 1.6, and I updated the app again after beginning the house upgrade and before the bug happened.
