dehydrators and marriage

Two unrelated questions lol

Are dehydrators always profitable even with iridium quality produce? I'm starting to confuse myself on the math.

Also - male farmers still can't pick their outfits for the wedding, right? I don't want to spend a lot of time on an outfit if I'm not gonna be able to wear it, but I also don't want to show up to my wedding in pajamas lol.

Since the Dehydrator requires 5 fruit per use, the sell price of Dried Fruit is (1.5 x Fruit Base Price + 5) per fruit used. With the Artisan Profession, the sell price is (2.1 x Fruit Base Price + 7) per fruit used.

Since sell price is based on Fruit Base Price alone, the profit compared to selling the raw fruit will decrease for fruit of higher quality, and from the Tiller Profession.

For example, if neither the Artisan nor Tiller Professions are chosen, iridium quality fruitwill generally make a loss if dehydrated, and gold quality will make a profit of only

5gper fruit.

Male farmers are no longer forced into
wedding clothes on their wedding day, so you can choose your own outfit for the wedding.

There are no unrelated questions. 😁

Somewhere I have read that dehydrator are profitable with fruits with normal quality and maybe silver quality. Better quality is not so profitable anymore. I think it was in the Wiki where I read it.

Why should male farmers do not pick their outfits? Before you go to bed you pick an outfit you like to wear for the wedding and there you are. 😁 There is no special outfit for male farmers like a wedding dress for female farmers I think but I am not sure. 🤔
When I play a female farmer I mostly make a white skirt, white shirt with or without gold and something for my hairs (I do not always spoil a pearl just for a bridal veil for this one day) but one of my female farmers went to the wedding in her normal clothes and one had a blue dress. 😁 This was very nice and you can wear it any day.
When I married Abigail as a female farmer I had clothes in light pink and the light pink cowgirl hat. This is now my permanent dress. 😁

It used to be that the male farmer was forced to wear a tuxlike thing (nothing as cool as a real penguin suit however!). Didn't matter what you wore to bed, you got a morning tuxedo-thing. I had no idea as I haven't played as male yet, LOL! Instead I perpetually forget to wear anything resembling a cool wedding dress or Ultraviolet outfit and just showed up in whatever mismatched skirt and blouse I have on at the time.

Alex and I had a lovely wedding. I didn't have much time to put together an outfit, but I feel like I looked respectable at least.

I also realized I'd spent the entire time since I've met Alex with the same hairdo stuffed under a hat and a shirt that fell out of a tree, and Alex is the sort of man who throws out shoes that have a spot on them, so I speed-ran the dark talisman quest that I'd been ignoring for half a year so I could at least get a fresh hairdo to surprise him with. I got my hair braided in a basement at 11:30 the night before my wedding, and arrived the next morning with a new look that mostly didn't fall out of a tree.
