Is that possible, in Multiplayer?

If my save has all legendary fish caught, but i take it up on Multi and another player joins in... Will said player be able to catch legendaries again, drop them in my chests, delete character and everything stays with me?

Yes, that should not be a problem.

Just keep in mind they’ll need to hit the minimum skill levels. Though they can use your enchanted rod and lobster bisque / seafoam pudding so they only need fishing 6 to catch the legend.

Even less, Master rod is one level, qi seasoned seafoam is 5, and you can get 3 levels off of the desert fest by choosing shrimp with the chef.

Desert fest is obviously seasonal though and one may not want to bother with but that's still only a base 1 (or 4 without the festival) fishing level required to catch the legend
