As Lew Zealand mentioned about, the release date for 1.6 on consoles has been announced! I also wanted to mention that the screenshot you have shared is for the 1.5 update, which consoles have had for several years, since early 2021. The screenshot above is an area on the Beach Farm added in 1.5, so if you haven't played on that farm map, you may not have seen that area.
