Mods not working

Im playing Stardew Valley on Steam

And for some reason,the mods wont work


I have downloaded the Ridgeside Village mod

Downloaded SMAPI and used it

I did everything correct.and the mod wont load


Am i doing something wrong?

I'm also having this exact same issue and every time I try to search for a SMAPI Log, the folder ends up empty

If you're doing things "correctly" and SMAPI isn't creating a log, then something isn't being done correctly. Do you get a console window that pops up when you launch SMAPI? You should get a window that pops up and has a bunch of text being output that tells you what all SMAPI is loading, its version, how many mods, etc. If there's no console, then you've done something wrong.

Can't really provide any help if I don't have anything other than "did it correctly and no log".
