If I just don't interact with the problem. I don't have to have the problem. :)

Because I do not wanna have to update all my mods and mess with them. I am just not gonna play Stardew Valley, until I desperately need to play Stardew Valley. :)

If I just don't interact with the problem. I don't have to have the problem.

So how is the community enjoying the newest update? Lol. Let your girl know what's she missing out on-

If you're on Steam you can roll back to 1.5.6 through beta participation. I'm not sure how SMAPI handles it because I don't ever play modded, but it's worth a shot.

Stardew Valley > Properties > Betas > Beta Participation > Legacy 1.5.6

Also, the new update is great as always.

I've been going back and forth between versions by just making another profile in Vortex, updating all my mods on that one only, and swapping back to the 1.5.6 steam branch whenever I wanna play my old save. I will admit, I've barely touched it, I love 1.6 so much :]. I always get attached to my animals so the new farm giving me two right from the beginning is perfect to me.

I like 1.6 very much! Excluding the constant lowering of the chance to find Prismatic Shards. With each and every new micro-update, we get to have some things fixed, along with nerfind another Prismatic Shard source, on top. No wonder my favorite in-game character, hates the thing with passion!

Yep. Each update is great until you discover something you miss or that irks you with a passion. CA is still the best developer I know, just we have different tastes on some things added or replaced. Guess when you have millions of customers you can’t please them all in each and every way. But I hear ya.

I am a mobile player but was just introduced to my husbands Steam Deck. So I will be experiencing the new version very soon. I will keep my mobile saves and not update on mobile so I can have the ability to play either. I would miss cozy perfection farm and my kids too much otherwise.

I cannot possibly imagine any player of this game, being pleased from such a thing (suddenly get an even lower chance to obtain something already pretty rare which is needed for a number of gameplay uses), but that might just be me.

I’m sure you’re far from alone. Some of the triathlon type players who are in it to win it and like as many challenges as possible to get there might disagree. But most people who are casual type players would be frustrated I’m sure.
