Never seen it before, suddenly appeared today after wiping all my mods and adding new ones in for 1.6... It's a small thing but it's really getting on my nerves for some reason and I'd like to remove it.
Does anybody know what mod/program is placing this FPS counter in my game?

Steam does that. To turn it off:

In-game FPS counter, set to Off
