i cant start the game

So I can't start the normal 64 bit version of the game. It wouldn't be a problem if I didn't want to play with mods. But the only reason why I bought Stardew Valley on PC was for mods and I can't even start the vanilla game. Everytime I click play game on steam it take 5 minutes to start the game then when I try to do anything like change gender, hairstyle and thing like that in making a new farm it takes a good minute to register then when I click the make new farm the game just crash. I don't understand why. I have a 64 bit computer and I got it slightly over a month ago.

Have you installed SMAPI and any mods at this point? I understand the issue appears in vanilla, but if you've installed mods and played the game with them, issues can stick around even when switching back to vanilla afterwards (or switching back to vanilla can create issues).

So I did get to work by surprisingly trying to downgrade gta 4, but then earlier this week I moved all my mods to a different folder because i wanted to try a randomize mod which caused my the same problem
