I wanted to know if I buy Stardew Valley through the App Store, will I be able to download Smapi and use it on iOS?

This 100 times over. There is NO way to mod on any recent IOS devices, any proposed ways to work around it are nine times out of ten malicious or potentially dangerous to your device and/or private documents.

Well.. you COULD mod it on iOS just need to be really technical and know how to get around stuff :3
