Somebody might have some save magic for you, but worst case you can go to the sewers and give 10,000g to the statue and redo the profession choice.

Like @Jayamos already mentioned, the only way in-game to do this is through the statue, here are wiki pages for details:

If you're on pc, you used to be able to change perks by opening your save file in Notepad and editing a certain value, I'll dig through my bookmarks and see if I still have it. (NB, *always* back up your saves before doing any fiddling)

Before you switch, plant a lot of slow-growing crops to take advantage of the bonus while you have it!

i have never been to the sewers yet. i have been to year 4 on another game and year 3 also but i am playing on the xbox and fishing is so hard. tthe best i have done is level 3 so far. i guess i need to make more bait boxes. i think the key for thew sewer comes from the library? this time i am on year 2 spring and will deal with my mistake i guess. maybe it will work out. i just got thwe bus running so i finally can get star drops. thanks for the hwelp.

Yes, after you’ve donated 60 items to the museum, Gunther gives you the key to the sewer. Good luck!

you have to donate a certain amount of items to the museum and then gunther lets you in the sewers, there you can change it
