Problems with recipes

I can't seem to use anything but 0 star items in recipes. I can't fry up silver or gold grade eggs, can't use higher grade foragables for seasonal forage seeds, etc. Could this be caused by a mod I have? I don't recall this happening when I played vanilla.

Here's the SMAPI log. I don't see what could be causing it, but you never know.

I suppose I was looking for help figuring out which mod. So I'll amend my question. Does anyone know which mod it could be, or at least point me in a direction to look?

After going through my mods in small batches, it seems to be a problem with Better Crafting. It looks like at least a couple of other people have had this issue but there's no fix as yet. :/
