Trouble with Craft Master Achievement

Hi! I'm trying to get the Craft Master Achievement but it just doesn't work. I've already checked that I've crafted every item at least once but neither Steam nor the game notices that everything's already done. Maybe I'm missing a crafting recipe? Mr Qi's Perfection tracker says I'm 99% complete on crafting items. any help is welcome! oh, and here are the screenshots.
side note: I play on PC and with mods but not SV expanded, just tractor mod, to dew list and few other visual ones.

Have you tried uploading to the Stardew Checkup like @Elenna101 suggested?
