Switch I was dumb with the journal scraps and need help!

So I'm already dumb at stardew valley example only now using sprinklers on year 11 but I have a big problem! I didn't know what journal scraps did till today and I've been throwing them away without using them and now I have none. Is it possible to reget these or have I lost them forever?

No problem, they will not register as found until you read them. You will keep finding them until you read them all.
