What are trophy points?

I've gotten 5 trophy points and I have no idea what they are and what I can do with them.

You might have bought Stardew Valley on Steam and they have a lot of in-game achievements? I have SDV from practically everywhere else (GOG, Switch, mobile) but none of these track any achievements like Steam does. There is an in-game Star list with self-contained achievements which mostly mirror those from Steam but I think there are some additional Steam ones?
