Cabin for an NPC

It would be cool if we could use a cabin for an NPC as soon as we are very good friends. There could be some advantages like cheaper products, new cutscenes, some help with your farm, new objects and so on. I'd really love to have Willy as my neighbour.

Personally I would like more to have a stay at NPC's houses, for example at Sandys when exploring the skull mine (https://forums.stardewvalley.net/threads/bus-timetable-and-passengers-tourists.6498/post-38180). Also the tent-idea is nice and could be expanded:
