Windows Zoomed in text/profile

So, my dog walked across my keyboard while I was playing and I have no idea what he did. But now all the portraits are all messed up when I try to talk to anyone or shop from anyone. Does anyone know how to fix this? I would appreciate any help anyone has, thank you!

I'd heard Pierre was now carrying Super Jumbo Growth Hormone, but had no idea it was this effective.

Have you tried resetting all of the size/zoom settings back to the defaults, restarting your device, and then relaunching the game?
