Issue XNB mod help

I cant get smapi to work so I decided to try XNB mods. unfortunately I am on Chromebook/android :( and I dont know how to find the game files to install them can anybody help?

I'm a mobile android user and I used apk editor to extract and replace xnb files, if there's a similiar app for chromebook, try it, since it also supports android apps
