So just the past few days on their multiplayer game they can't play their game together. The mother-in-law has the host save and my wife joins her. Pretty soon her mother will be moving out of state and I want to make sure we can have them play together afterwards. For some reason, everytime my wife goes to join her it always says connection failure. We tried using our other PS4, we tried resetting the router, updating the save file from cloud, we tried reinstalling the game, we tried unplugging the ethernet cable and going wi-fi and still nothing. We even ultimately tried deleting my wife's character by demolishing her house, rebuilt a new house and started a new character at her mother's during a split screen multiplayer. But still we can't seem to make online multiplayer work. Can anyone help us with this problem...? This happened once before but they just started a new farm once update 1.5 hit. We are lost in the dark and tried everything we could think of. Thanks in advance.
