In character creation, the accessories category can give you things like glasses, facial hair, and the earrings your character has on now. Perhaps you misclicked last time you edited your character? They're not permanent, you can get rid of them at the shrine of illusions if you'd like.

The first time I saw these earings was on Jodi at the Dance of Moonlight Jellies, I thought she was tearing up because of the jellies and Summer ending lol
