Issue Whenever I load a save in stardew valley, create a new save, or try to play co-op I am sent to the menu screen

Every single time I have tried to load any save of any sorts it has booted me to the concerned ape menu screen, I have tried uninstalling the mods that initially broke it and reinstalling, I tried most of the simple tips and tricks, I've waited to see if time would fix it and I've gotten nothing, my game is quite literally unplayable for the time being and I could use some help
