What's in my next run?

Ok, I played SDV A LOT.
Around a dozen files.
I played all the farms; sometimes I had a bit of everything, sometimes I focused on one or two things.
I had a farm focused on animals (one for mayo, one for cheese), a farm for honey, in another I eliminate animals and cultures and have tons of cristallariums, another 3 are focused on alch0l (beer, and wine), one on coffee (not much remunerative, to be honest). I speedrunned once, arriving at 100% on spring, day 1, year 3.
I usually play until 3rd ot 4th year, then it's too repetitive and I quit.

Now, what should I try?
I was thinking about a tea-focused farm (growing tea? Or just produce tea plants and sell them?).
Or a woolly farm (sheep, sheep everywhere).
Or, have you any self-imposed challenge to suggest me?

I've done a couple of challenge runs I enjoyed. These were pre-1.5 so they might work a bit different now.

1) No crafting, no cooking, no tool upgrades (For an extra challenge, you can't upgrade the house either). Better fishing rods, weapons and the golden scythe are allowed, as they are different items and not directly updated (my brain logic). I went the Community Center route to get the furnace etc. This run can get a bit grindy with the starter tools but some people like that. :)

2) No chests. You may craft one for the crafting achievement if you want to get that, but you can't use it afterwards. Extra challenge A: no using the fridge in the upgraded farmhouse. You may place items on tables. Extra challenge B: You cannot get tables from the furniture catalog, only buy them from Robin or the travelling merchant. I liked this one because it was basically rush the max backpack, then making very deliberate planned choices on what to do - it's kind of fun working it out. :)

Also not really a run but I decided to see if I could fill an entire chest with torches only by picking them up in the mines. You can, but it takes about 65 years. :)

Try playing a non farming playthrough, maybe focus on selling monster loot and combat?

If bored, try mod or speedrun. The mod adds variety to content and speedruns as a challenge to finish the game in a short amount of time, say in one year. And in full cheat mode, I can reach 100% in a season.
no mods, I'm on switch!

In decided for a tea-based and wool based farm. Beach farm, so, plenty of space for fiber and tree cultivating.
I'll use the small patch for seasonal wild seeds, and the greenhouse for everyting else.
I want obtain a chest full of tea saplings, and THEN, sell them ALL to buy the golden clock!
In the meanwhile, I'll play very relaxed and slow.
I'll keep a ton of sheep, too, and I'll sell a lot of wool fabric!
Who could I marry? Maybe Emily, she loves fabric and she would love a farm full of fluffy sheeps and trip-inducer tea!

Plus, I have had an idea for my next next run!
The "one by one" challenge!
Arrive at lv.10 of each ability doing just that.
First, fishing.
Second, foraging.
Third, mining.
Fourth, fighting.
And as last, farming.

I think the mountain farm would be the best choice, because I can mining without fighting.

What do you think about?

Sounds like it requires a lot of focus. Far too many times have I been setting up for a new crop and the call of the river or mines pull me away! So yeah, should I ever want a challenge, that's the one for sure!

My ADHD could never handle this. I get bored in the middle of a field of crops or a coop of chickens. I can only fish for a short period before my farmer just walks off and needs to do something else. Augh.

I just started a new farm, and I'm sorta not really doing anything. I'm only day 6 or so and no plans. Just mucking about. I've never played this way before so it's interesting. I've planted a few seeds and caught a few fish. Cut some weeds.
