What would you rename villagers?

If you had to rename the pelican town villagers, what would you name them (based of their looks/personality).

I'll start.
1. I would rename Haley to Tiffany. It just fits so well with that sort of stuck up, mean, personality and her blond hair.
2. I think Marnie would be a good Deborah. Shes sort of a hard working, farmer and it seems to fit.
3. Pierre is an Arthur, maybe?

Heh. I have renamed many of the villagers, as I've been translating the game into Finnish and I've changed those names that don't fit linguistically. Either names that sound similar or names that either feel similar or have similar meaning. (like Shane, as he once notes that his name means "Yoba's gift" -- as Shane is an Irish form of John I chose a Sami-inspired Finnish form of John -- Jouni).

Quite a fun question, honestly, I'm so used to the character names as they are I couldn't even imagine them with other names, they just seem so them..
