Weird error message i've never seen before

[F1K93]

I have a bunch of mods on my game and when I start the game it won't stop loading, a red message appears on the SMAPI CMD after a bunch of seconds, has someone seen this before and do you maybe know how to fix it ? (I don't know anything about moding)
