Windows Weird box near Joja

Does anyone know what this weird box in the top right corner does, if anything?

It seems to be an unimplemented interaction point in the game. There are a few boxes hidden here 'n there around the game maps which do or give something when interacted with the right way but this one seems not to do anything.
