Whenever I access any menu when playing the game, I can see these weird, black blinking lines next to the hand cursor. They seem to pulsate according to the way the cursor slowly "expands and contracts". These blinking lines around the cursor don't appear if not in any menu, eg. just running around the world, talking to people or planting something.
