Weather Effects lightning

Hello, I been playing Stardew Valley for a few years now. Its the only game I play on my xbox one, tablet & cellphone. I have two adult sons & their friends are always amazed at how fast I can set up my whole farm. Im 55 yrs old. Ive become almost totally bedridden, Stardew Valley is my escape zone. What Im not able to do in real life, I can do in this amazing game. I wanted to know, Is there a way or will there be a way to get rid of the flashing lightning and thunder? I have Sarcoid Uveitis and it affects my vision and can also trigger migraines. Only when I have played on my tablet Ive had problems with my horse, when I try to enter another area I end up in areas not accessible, for example going out my farm next to Marnies house, I end up in the river with the horse. Yes in the water. Im not able to get out and have to shutdown game and start all over from previous day. Its happen a few times and other areas, now I just don't get the horse on new game maps. Anyways I also always lose my horse. Lol

Is there a way or will there be a way to get rid of the flashing lightning and thunder?

If you open your inventory and click on the options tab on the right, there's a setting called "Show Flash Effects". Disabling it will turn off the lightning flash. Hope that helps!
