We Done It! *Spoilers

After 3 years and more than 170 hours, I have completed the game on the 25 of spring year 4.
I was quite disapointed, as I had been trying to complete it before the end of year three and would have finished around end of fall if not for two things: tub 'o flowers and guess it, shipping a single forsaken spring onion, two of the things most people complete within the first year and ones which I thought I had done as well.
It was a good journey though, we made close to 90 million, made more than 2000 kegs and did all the other things assoicated with completion, we even then got our statue and watched the summit cutscene as well as getting our first beautiful golden egg from Marnie who was actually working. All the stars were lining up, until my absolute facepalm of a farmer turned the thing into an omelot for the trash bear who will be eating so boushy tonight.
I did wait until the 24 to sell the spring onion though, thought it would be funny.
No where near finished though so long as the save is fun and I still have plans of what's next, and right now I have many.

Congrats! The Tub o' Flowers is the last thing for my current late-game farm, which I realized on about the 27th of Spring in Year 3 XD So I've got a while to join you, but feel the exact same - there's plenty else left to do in the meantime. Nonetheless congrats on getting to that summit, it's got to be a great feeling.

Congratulations! What happened to you is the main reason I try to never miss a festival and always check the Spring/Summer/Autumn/Winter page of my SDV Guidebook every time a season start to ensure that I don't miss an important thing.

I made sure to go the year before and I really thought I bought it.

Lol, you will get it the exact same as me or a day earlier I guess must have been a pain when you realized, I only did in summer so it was a bit better.

This farm was my first to go anywhere on pc and for the first two years all I really wanted to do was make money when I realized that with natural proggression, completion really isn't that hard, I got way enough money, fish are easy if you aren't trying to go only iridium, friendship is busted, I just got a coop of rabbits, the crafting comes as you play as well as shipping and just always watch tv on sundays and the other things are too easy to really mention.
Something that did screw me oer though was that I had made the famr for my brother and I to play, hence the name A + C farm and built him a cabin. He logged on once on a day we didn't end up saving but it messed up the way the reruns worked on queen of sauce because of the way the game calculates it.
I fixed it though by destroying his cabin which I only used for some kegs anyway.

Tub 'O Flowers was the last thing I made too when I reached Perfection this week. I slept a month away to get it at the Flower Dance. It was an interesting feeling sleeping a month away when I usually am cramming all I can into most days. I felt like Rip Van Winkle. Maybe I will be different in the future. ???

Yeah, I am not a person who likes sleeping much but will start soon now as I try to ultra-maximize profitability on my farm.
What year were you when you finished? Also congrats, your first time?

The reruns on wednesday ALWAYS show a recipe you do not know unless you messed around in game with multlplayer like I did.
Also, nice pfp, you draw/paint it yourself?

Oh, really? I made a bunch of cabins, destroyed them, made new characters, and now I'm done with that. I didn't destroy the last couple of cabins though... Maybe I should try that. Thanks for the suggestion.

P.S if you were wondering why I did the whole making destroying remaking thing... Coffee machines. I decided a couple of days later I didn't actually want to cheat like that, but oh well.

On my Splitscreen playthrough we got it on the day of the Flower Dance, Year 4.

The last thing we needed to do was get Craftmaster.

The funny thing was, we finished the cutscene at 8:50, so we exited the Summit and immediately got the notification that the Flower Dance had begun in the forest! That was pretty funny, although I don't think we even went.

Anyways, congrats and good luck to everyone who hasn't done it yet!
