Way to Force, and Keep Coal Trees

Just an idea I had, if you put a lightning rod directly in the 3x3 radius of a fully grown fruit tree, then next time lightning strikes that rod, the nearby tree has a 100% of becoming a coal tree.

And fruit trees that were turned into coal trees from this method, stay coal trees, until the lightning rod is removed perhaps.

If you have a coal tree, you can harvest coal instead of fruit.

Also a nice option. However, the gameplay should remain balanced, whether you have a coal-tree or not.

It is like fruit, so you get one coal a day.

Even if there was an option of forcing it, I don't think it would be overpowered. Fruit trees are pretty expensive and coal is not.
