Water chestnuts would be the perfect fall water crop

The game currently has 2 shallow-water crops: rice and taro.
So if you set up an area for them that does not have sprinklers, the only thing you can really grow there in summer is Fiber since they don't need water.

Water chestnuts are harvested usually around late fall early winter, and they have tons of different culinary uses, so they would probably be the best option to fill that 'gap'.

I do quite like the idea, it makes sense seeing as we do have three trellis crops.

The shallow water crops really need a buff too, they're absolutely horrendous as it stands

I like this idea, it would be nice to see more crops you can plant near water and not need to water them added to the game
