Was this secret ever discovered?

I remember watching a livestream a while back where CA and the host were talking about stardew easter eggs/secrets and apparently there was one no one has found yet. I forgot about the conversation but recently saw it referenced on the SDV wiki:

In the first Stardew Valley Cup live event, ConcernedApe said that there's one secret that he didn't think anyone ever found. He said that:

"I guess you might say a message or something. And actually the thing is the message is not even really relevant anymore. It was like originally revealing something that's like actually not even true anymore. But it's still I don't think anyone has found it, and I don't know if anyone ever will. Because it's extremely obscure to find it."

Do we know this secret now or is it still up to anyone's guess? What do you guys think it is?

If we all ask nicely, can CA not reveal it to us...?

I would like to bet, it has something to do with the casino, though... And/or with that strange girl found there, which can also be found next to the governor, at the movies; most probably with ill will/intent!
