Switch Volcano mining glitch

So I was in the volcano (level 8) and I went to eat some food and when I switched to my spicy eel the plate of food glitches slightly to the left and I'm left standing there holding it while I can't move. Then after less than a minute I could move but I was moving really slow. I couldn't use anything I was holding although I could switch between items. I tried going to a different level but it didn't fix it. Also, monsters couldn't harm me. I ended up restarting the day. I posted on r/stardewvalley. I can't seem to upload the video on here.

One fix I found was on Xbox if I turned off my controller and turned it back on it canceled the Animation and everything went back to normal
