PlayStation Volcano Glitch

Hey, I’m playing a local co-op (2 player) game on PS5, and we are currently in fall of year 2. We finally finished the community center and boat to ginger island, but there’s one issue. All the floors of the volcano is the first, which wouldn’t be an issue if I could pass the dwarf floor, but there’s no lava I can cross. This happened twice, once Fall 7 and Fall 8. The only other relative thing is that in the regular mines, if the other player (player 1) goes down the ladder first, it screws up the floor so animation motions stay in the air and you can’t pick anything up, enemies won’t move either. Any idea what’s happening?

They're really gonna let this go unpatched for months, aren't they. Such disgraceful conduct. They barely communicate, patches are few and far between... and even when some things are finally fixed, just as many other things break! Used to be one of my most favorite games, and this entire 1.6 debacle has turned all of it sour. Stardew Valley is a ****ing garbage fire right now, and I can't stand any more waiting to see when the hell it's going to be properly fixed up. Good luck, console and mobile players-- hopefully it doesn't take them another eight months to finish patching things. Good luck, devs-- clearly y'all need it. I won't be wishing PC players any good luck because y'all already get top priority treatment. The rest of us are afterthoughts, if we're lucky. Hopefully we won't be completely forgotten and left with a broken, buggy shell of what used to be an excellent gaming experience. But, at least for now, I won't hold my breath. Bye-bye, Pelican Town.

Well. I’ll leave it with 1,403 hours of playtime for now then, hopefully I can add more in the future.
