Volcano Dungeon Shortcut

So I got to the end of the volcano dungeon area and paid the bird 5 walnuts but I didn’t realize it was 1:50 am and I fell asleep so I wasn’t able to go to the front and open the gate permanently. So I basically have to go through again I’m realizing. I’m wondering if y’all think the shortcut will still be there or if I have to pay again? Also any tips on getting through faster cause that ish was so hard

I think it should still be there. Check to see how many walnuts you have. Also you need to get the slime ring. If you get the slime ring the slimes cannot do damage and that will help a lot.

The shortcut were you pay the parrot is only to get out at level 5, it doesn’t help you get through faster.
If your walnuts are gone and you saw the animation it should still be there.

Double up on speed boost and bring a lot of food.

And pick up as many Magma Caps (red mushrooms) in the Volcano as you can. They have high energy and healing effects.
