Windows volcano chest resetting (infinite prismatic shards)

every time i enter the forge room in the volcano mine the chest that has a prismatic shard resets so i can just keep leaving and entering the room for infinite prismatic shards, i have no idea what caused this but it doesnt go away when i sleep and its been like this for an ingame year.

i figured out what causes it! when collecting the prismatic shard if you click on the chest before the animation for the shard is done it gets rid of the chest and that makes it reappear when you re-enter the room, so to fix it i just grabbed the shard without clicking on the chest again and now its gone forever as it should be
